Conditions of Use
Our goal is to provide only the very best quality plants, we warrant our products to be of the variety and quantity advertised. We take extreme care
in packing to ensure our plants are delivered in good condition. If you
encounter damage during shipment, please take a photography and call us
immediately. We will send replacement at our expense upon approval of
Replacement by our Claims Department. Claims must be accompanied with
proof (photograph) and made within 30 days of shipment.
Our plants are live products which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper care, watering, use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease control and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Plant growth and flowering is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and type of planting media. These factors are totally out of our control and are the buyers responsibility and risk.
Consequentally, we cannot unconditionally guarantee our plants to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyers methods or mistakes.
